Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, periods of high demand, or events outside our control.

Delivery time

After processing, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Shipping is paid by the customer. The shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Worldwide shipping

We ship to most countries around the world. If we cannot ship to your destination, you will be told at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking

When a tracking number is available, we email it to you. Tracking may take a few days to update after shipment.

Multiple shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

We cannot guarantee that changes are possible once processing has started, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery delays

Weather, carrier disruptions, customs, holidays, high shipping volumes, and other events outside our control can delay delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, unusually delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at chayanecker94974@outlook.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the package and product. We will help find a solution.

Shipping restrictions

Some products may not be deliverable to every destination because of legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or logistics.
