Returns within 30 days
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below and any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received them, with original tags and packaging. To start a return, email us at chayanecker94974@outlook.com with your order number, the item, and the reason, before sending anything back.
Return shipping
The customer pays the shipping cost to return an item. The original shipping cost is not refundable. We pay return shipping only when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is complete.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will offer a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.

- Items damaged after delivery by misuse or improper handling

- Final-sale items, where permitted by law
Exchanges
Contact us to exchange an eligible item for another size or color. Exchanges depend on availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or another solution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need extra time before it appears in your account.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or shipment. After that, the return procedure applies.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
